Shipping and Return/Exchange 

Being a small business, we carefully pick the best shipping methods for you since

we want you to have a happy shopping experience with us. In case we miss the mark, we want your return process to be as transparent as possible.

Shipping Info

Being a small business, we currently only offer shipping via USPS and their calculated shipping rates plus our safe packaging and careful handling.

Current shipping times with us are as follow:

(unless carrier impacted delays)

  • first-class mail 2 to 4 business days

  • priority mail  1 to 4 business days

  • priority mail express 1 to 3 business days

​

As of right now, we only ship within the united states, but hopefully, we can expand on that in the future. 

All orders in the united states include delivery confirmation and tracking.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once your order has been shipped, but we will help in the steps needed to remedy the issue.

If your product was damaged or shipped incorrectly, please reach out to us via email or fill out the contact form by following the link below. We will get back to you as soon as we can.

Return/Exchange

RETURN

We really hope you love your Laurel Reath purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), we accept returns up to 7 days from the day it was delivered. 

We reserve the right however to refuse returns that do not meet our policy:

​

  • all returned items must be in original condition & packaging and show no signs of use and/or wear

  • all sale items and promotional products are final sales and non-refundable

  • shipping charges are non-refundable

  • customer is responsible for any return shipping charges unless the product was damaged and/or incorrectly shipped

  • our handmade artisanal products may feature characteristics that could be interpreted as flaws but have been made aware of as a possible product feature

Before you go ahead and return your product, are you sure there isn’t anyone that would love to be gifted the item instead? Are you still in need of a party favor or a hosting gift for that special event that you have coming up?

EXCHANGE

To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange to the following address and make sure to include our packing slip (invoice):

We are not responsible for any shipping fees or lost/untraceable exchange shipments. We recommend mailing your exchange using a carrier that offers tracking services.

Place a new order for your replacement item. We will issue a refund to the original payment method, including the initial shipping cost for the exchanged item(s) within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the unused product back. Please allow several more business days for your refund to be processed. 

You can also opt for shop credits instead, which will be issued immediately and are valid for 6 months from the issue date.  

 

An email will be sent to you once the return/exchange has been successfully processed by us.
